Knysna‘s police say they’re investigating the murder of local ANC councilor, Victor Molosi.
The Ward 8 councilor was shot outside his home on Monday night.
Molosi passed away from his injuries on the way to the nearest hospital.
He’s survived by his wife Nomonde and four children.
Southern Cape police’s Malcolm Pojie says anyone with info on the deadly shooting must please contact them.
“No one has been arrested as yet,”
The DA’s Knysna Mayor, Mark Willemse says they’re devastated by Molosi’s death.
Willemse says the politician, who was the ANC’s leader in Knysna and deputy regional secretary, was a passionate contributor in council debates and advocated strongly on behalf of the community he served.
