BCCSA COMPLAINTS
How to lodge a complaint about Heart FM’s on-air content.
Our Commitment
Heart FM is a member of the National Association of Broadcasters and subscribes to the Broadcasting Complaints Commission of South Africa (BCCSA) Code of Conduct.
Step 1 — Contact Us First
We’d like the chance to address your concern directly. Please email complaints@heartfm.co.za with details of the broadcast (date, time, presenter and nature of complaint).
Step 2 — Escalate to the BCCSA
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a formal complaint with the BCCSA within 30 days of the broadcast. Visit bccsa.co.za for the complaint form and process.
