The Cape Town Labour Court will hear the dispute between Golden Arrow Bus Company and its drivers next Thursday.

The National Union for All Sectors, which represents the drivers, is unhappy about what it calls unfair disciplinary processes implemented by the company.

The Drivers had threatened to down tools last month, but the bus company
successfully interdicted the planned strike.

The union’s Mncedi Xhego says they would like to resolve the dispute outside of the courts.
