The National Director of Public Prosecutions, Andy Mothibi, says the reset process at the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption is progressing well.

The corruption-fighting unit is undergoing a reset following damning testimony at the Madlanga Commission.

That evidence raised concerns about alleged abuse of power by some IDAC officials.

Mothibi told parliament that as per the renewal process – staff are being vetted and new investigators are being recruited.
