The fraud and defeating the ends of justice case against National Coloured Congress MP Fadiel Adams has been postponed to 11 December 2026.
State Prosecutor Nokulunga Ngcobo told the court the pre-trial conference will now be held at the Durban Magistrate’s Court.
This after the case was transferred from Pinetown due to “security concerns.”
Adams has slammed the move, accusing the state of using delay tactics….
They [are] lying man. They [are] playing a delaying game. This is why they are now moving my case to yet another court because they don’t want the crap in their documents on the table.
The plan was to arrest me…. to deny me bail, to keep me in jail, and just delay this thing as long as they can.
Now we actually going to court… I think certain generals are feeling very, very nervous now, because their lies and their manipulation and their illegal activities are going to come out….
