Fatima Arendse has reportedly been reunited with her family.
The 38-year-old was missing since the early hours of Monday morning.
According to reports, Fatima was out with two friends in Long Street on Sunday night – when the group allegedly accepted a lift from an unknown man.
They then stopped at a garage in Surrey Estate. And while her friends got out of the vehicle to buy cigarettes at the shop, the driver allegedly drove off with Fatima still in the vehicle.
Missing posters quickly spread online.
And late last night a private investigator, Brad Nathanson, shared on Facebook that she had been found.
“Thank you readers. Fatima is now home safe with her parents. We will update you in time. Thank you for sharing and for caring. Goodnight. This is really good news and we can all do with some good news for a change. It is 22h27.”
Police have yet to confirm the circumstances surrounding the incident.
