The State is arguing that disgraced former top cop, Shadrack Sibiya could use his expertise and influence to cause harm to his alleged victims and their families.
This is what the Randburg Magistrate’s Court is hearing in the closing arguments of Sibiya’s bail application.
State prosecutor Velile Makasana cited a phone call which Sibiya made to the father of a minor he allegedly groomed, at the exact moment he was opening a case against him.
Makasana says this is a clear indication that Sibiya poses a threat to pursuit of justice…
