North West businessman, Suliman Carrim is appearing in the Pretoria Magistrates Court.
Carrim was arrested last night at OR Tambo international airport while attempting to board an international flight.
He’s is charged with contempt of court for failing to resume his testimony at the Madlanga Commission of Inquriry.

The Madlanga Commission has told the media that it also welcomes the arrest of Carrim.
They add that the arrest will send a strong message to any witness who doesn’t take the Commission seriously.
