The Madlanga Commission will lay criminal charges against former police official, Feroz Khan.
He failed to appear before the Commission today, despite being subpoenaed to do so.
Khan’s lawyers had instead submitted a postponement application last night, which was denied.
Khan has been recommended to appear virtually due to his injuries, but Khan’s lawyers said they weren’t provided a link for their client.
But Commissioner Mbuyseli Madlanga questioned this…..
Later, Madlanga denied the postponement application and announced the laying of criminal charges against Khan…
