Shadrack Sibiya continues to deny claims of human trafficking made against him at the Randburg Magistrate’s Court.
The former Deputy Police Commissioner is also facing charges of raping one of the victims he allegedly trafficked.
Sibiya is currently applying for bail ahead of his trial, but the State is opposing it.
The disgraced top cop is accused of ordering his bodyguard to drive two victims to a strip club and a hotel.

Earlier in proceedings, the 18-year-old victim, who is accusing Sibiya of rape says she will live in fear if he is released on bail.
Sibiya is in court this morning, and faces charges of rape and grooming a minor.
The victim’s affidavit was read out this morning.
State prosecutor Velile Makshasana strongly opposed bail, citing the teenager’s profound fear and safety concerns.
